Allegra Toran (b. 1997) explores the emotional response to the sublime beauty of nature and its interaction with the human experience. Through her transcendent landscapes she creates a meeting ground for the observed, the invented, and the remembered. Born in New York, NY she now works out of Jersey City, New Jersey. She received her BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019. She has shown in New York City at Morgan Lehman Gallery, Urbana Gallery, and Thierry Goldberg Gallery.
